ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Raidical Academy is a 9-week venture-building program designed for outstanding, purpose-driven talents. You'll join a diverse cohort, form new teams, and learn from top industry experts through bootcamps, masterclasses, workshops, and hands-on mentorship.

By graduation, teams will pitch for a chance to secure €400k VC funding to launch their startup.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Form or join a multidisciplinary founding team to tackle meaningful problems

• Explore emerging markets and technologies, with a strong focus on validating ideas and building MVPs

• Engage in rapid prototyping, customer validation, and iterative venture development

• Pitch to VCs and potentially secure €400k to grow your new venture

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Aspiring founders passionate about building new tech ventures (affinity with AI is a plus)

• Full-time commitment (min. 4 days/week, on-site in London during key phases)

• Eagerness to co-found - not just join - a startup from scratch with like-minded peers

• Strong problem-solving, adaptability, and collaboration skills

• Markets can be chosen by participants; we have backup plans

PROGRAM STRUCTURE

• Discovery Phase (3 weeks, remote) 🔍

  • Market analysis, competitor research, customer discovery, product discovery

  • Unpaid

• MVP Phase (6 weeks, in-house in London) 🛠️

  • Creating presentation layer, website, customer discovery, LOIs, POCs, winning first customers

  • Compensation: £3,000 fixed
